OH & FLOOR CHAIN

The inverted conveyor system is trusted by manufacturers both in Japan and overseas for its easy of operation, and is used in many manufacturing plants due to its versatility

Its ability to handle a wide variety of processes, such as welding, exterior and interior work, engine assembly and mounting, and baking paint, makes it so flexible that most lines in a factory can be made up of inverted conveyors. In addition, the structure that makes it easy to approach the work from all four directions by supporting it from below significantly improves work efficiency.

Feature 01
OLD & ROBUST CONVEYOR

Chain-driven conveyors are the most primitive type of drive system, but their simple structure gives them excellent heat resistance.

Taking advantage of these characteristics, NKC’s Transportation Equipment Division has a track record of adopting them for baking processes in painting lines, i.e. oven conveyors. They are highly durable in high-temperature environments and have excellent reliability, maintaining their performance even when cooled and heated repeatedly, and have a long track record of adoption and operation in automobile manufacturing lines both in Japan and overseas.

Feature 02
DURABLE FOR ANY ENVIRONTMENT

NKC Conveyor Division’s chain-driven conveyors also exhibit excellent chemical resistance. They have been adopted in numerous pickling lines for metal materials in automobile frames and industrial materials. By combining various materials according to the required specifications, we can propose the optimal chemical resistance to meet the customer’s needs.
